RANDALL E. PHILLIPS

Randall E. Phillips is the President and Principal of Provizer & Phillips, P.C. Mr. Phillips has extensive experience in complex state and federal court civil litigation, concentrating in areas of construction defects, professional liability, insurance coverage, environmental and toxic torts, and products liability. Mr. Phillips is a graduate of the University of Michigan with high distinction in 1972, and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan in 1975. He is a member of the Michigan State Bar, Florida State Bar, American Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Michigan Defense Trial Counsel and ASCE. He was admitted to U.S. District Court, Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1990 and the United States Supreme Court in 2004. Mr. Phillips has significant experience as author and seminar speaker. He is a past Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau and also an Oakland County and Washtenaw County Mediator/Case Evaluator. He is also a Certified Facilitator with ICLE Training. He has received the highest rating (AV) in Martindale Hubbell for ethics and skills for more than 20 straight years. He has been named Top Lawyer, 2010 for dBusiness Magazine and Professional of the Year Strathmore’s Who’s Who. He has been recognized in the Bar Register of Pre-eminent Lawyers for High Professional Legal Standards and Ethics.
